There are innumerable “consulting” companies out there offering services similar to ours. If you are looking to be involved in a reverse merger transaction, please bear in mind that these consulting companies operate on the fringes without the required licenses. Their principals are not required to pass background checks nor to be audited by the financial regulators. All or nearly all of their websites omit to state who their principals are.
