Jackson, Kohle & Co., Member FINRA/SIPC was founded in California in 1986, and is headed by its CEO and President, J. Thomas Hand. J. Thomas, a NYU Law graduate, is a respected securities attorney with a wide range of experience and one of the most prolific attorneys specializing in emerging growth companies. Known as an innovator among his colleagues, Jay was brought in by the then owners of the firm, a Swiss venture capital company, to manage Jackson Kohle and later was offered the opportunity to own the company.

One of the objectives of Jackson, Kohle is to assist clients’ prudent investment decisions while providing the unique vehicles to make such investments.
